Rocky Mountain National Park
Choose among Moraine Park, Glacier Basin, Aspenglen and Timber Creek. Compare campground length limits, electric service, reservations and permitted delivery before booking.

Profile notes
Moraine Park, Glacier Basin, Aspenglen and Timber Creek use Recreation.gov reservations for summer camping, with a mix of advance release windows. Longs Peak is seasonal and tents-only, so leave it out of an RV shortlist.
Summer 2027 opening and closing dates are still to be announced. Check the park’s season information before committing to a rental built around a particular campground opening.
Moraine Park has electric sites. No campsite in Rocky Mountain National Park has a water hookup, so compare the exact site’s electrical service and the rental’s water arrangements separately.
For a winter stay, confirm fresh-water fill and dump-station operations with the park before departure. Do not build the rental plan around those facilities without a current answer.
The RV/trailer length ceilings are 30 feet at Aspenglen and Timber Creek, 35 feet at Glacier Basin and 40 feet at Moraine Park. An individual site can have a lower limit.
Give the supplier the exact site record and the actual unit dimensions. Confirm the site requirements with the responsible provider; the campground ceiling alone is not enough to choose a rental.
Commercial RV delivery/setup requires park authorization. The delivery conditions cover permitted operators bringing rented travel trailers to reserved sites, cap trailers at 30 feet, require site-length confirmation and set delivery at 1–6 p.m. with removal by noon checkout.
Ask the operator to confirm its current park authorization and the permitted arrangement for your reserved site. A marketplace delivery option alone does not establish that it can serve the park.
Winter camping is in Moraine Park on a first-come first-served basis. Individual campsites are not plowed or shoveled by staff, and campground road plowing may be delayed.
Camping fees and park entrance fees are separate. Match current arrival and departure instructions to the rental agreement, and settle winter water and waste arrangements before departure.
Start with the campground, site requirements and season. Compare the actual RV length with the selected site’s record, then settle the unit and handover. A delivered trailer must meet the park’s delivery conditions as well as the site requirements.
Read payment and cancellation deadlines for both bookings before making either commitment. For summer 2027, keep the campground opening date unresolved until it is announced. For winter, settle water and waste arrangements directly before departure.
Compare campground services and seasons or keep the site and rental decisions together in the first-rental workbook.
Check current availability and terms with the provider.
